Good training uses previous experience as the foundation for the transfer of new knowledge and skills. Adults learn when there are several factors in place: motivation to learn, an encouraging environment, and interesting subject matter. When these three factors are available, coupled with a relaxed and humorous learning environment, the transfer of knowledge and skills increases dramatically.

To accomplish this training mission we employ humor, stories, examples, role-playing, and experiential activities. This is performed in more of a facilitation format in lieu of the traditional university lecture method.

The added feature of individual coaching sessions can greatly augment classroom training.
